Payment is due upon booking your session. Since time has been especially reserved for you, please understand that a 24-hour cancellation notice is expected. Missed appointments will be charged, as will appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. The IBA reserves the right to adjust session pricing in the future. How to cancel or reschedule: Log into your member account on drveltheim.com navigate to "My Account", "My Bookings" and you will see all of your bookings. You can choose to "Reschedule" or "Cancel". You will receive a confirmation message. Appointments are automatically booked using the local time on your computer or device.
