Cancellation Policy


Payment is due upon booking your session. Since time has been especially reserved for you, please understand that a 24-hour cancellation notice is expected. Missed appointments will be charged, as will appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. The IBA reserves the right to adjust session pricing in the future.


How to cancel:

Follow the link in your original email to cancel. If it is more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may email to confirm that you would like a refund.


How to reschedule:

Follow the link in your original email to reschedule. If it is less than 24 hours, the system will not allow you to reschedule, so you will simply cancel your appointment, then schedule yourself a new session.

Appointments are automatically booked using the local time on your computer or device. However, if you notice that your confirmation email is not in your local time zone, please use the Time Zone Converter below.
